The limits, stated plainly

Nobody can prove they found every breach or every private copy of anything, and I am not going to claim it. What I search is the lawful, accessible sources open to me while I am working your case. I do not buy stolen data, download raw breach dumps, retrieve or test passwords, or keep card numbers, Social Security numbers, authentication secrets, or anyone else's information. And a source I could not reach that day is written down as unreachable, never as clean.

The record I keep is deliberately small: your name, your email, your full phone number if you gave one, your Indiana locality, the permissions you granted, evidence IDs, source titles, and where the case stands. The working material a search throws off never becomes part of it.
